A 3-year no-sale undertaking is recorded on the title deed.

Official valuation

A licensed valuation company confirms the property is worth at least $400,000.

Payment through a bank

Funds are transferred through a bank, and foreign currency is converted to lira at a Turkish bank with an official certificate.

Your family with you

Citizenship covers your spouse and children under 18.

In person

You need to be in Turkey for fingerprints, with a criminal record certificate.

The path, step by step

    Choose the property

    One project or more worth at least $400,000, matched to your goal.

  2. 02

    Valuation and bank

    Valuation report, transfer and currency conversion through the bank.

  3. 03

    Title deed

    Ownership in your name, with the 3-year no-sale undertaking.

  4. 04

    Eligibility and residence

    Certificate of eligibility for citizenship and a residence permit.

  5. 05

    Citizenship file

    Submitting in person with fingerprints, then following it to a decision.

Do I need to be in Turkey?

How long does it take?

Do listed prices qualify directly?
